This is the third time I've been to Ben and I would never go to anyone else with a computer problem. Not only does he solve issues quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable rate but he is also a really nice man. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

We took our iPad to Ben and he repaired it whilst we waited. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He didn't charge us a lot for doing a professional job.

Mr Baxter had to take the IPad and wait to see if it could be put right, which it was in a short space of time. We are octogenarians, so it is reassuring to know we can get help.

Ben quickly diagnosed the problem as a dying Hard Disk Drive.  He replaced this with a Solid State Drive and transferred the data to the new drive and set up the PC.  It has now sprung back to life.  All this was accomplished in three days at a very reasonable cost.

An outstanding job. I had paired up two phones with the same Apple ID. They needed to be unlinked, and a new ID set up. Ben was patience personified.

File Genie fitted a new solid-state drive and transferred all my data over to the new drive. Computer is running great now and work completed on time. Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful.
