Reconnected my computer to my internet hub so that I could access web sites again and carried out a mini MOT on updating software.

After a frustrating two days trying to connect unsucessfully to the internet I called Ben. I was lucky that he could come and address the problem straight away which turned out to be a little complicated. Ben explained what he was doing throughout and was tenacious in his attempts to get me back online. I would recommend Ben if you have a computing problem. I'm sure he will get to the bottom of it and be able to help.
